Chiaroscuro Class

In this class we're supposed to let go of lines and let the form pop out of light and shadow, I guess I lost sight of that a little bit with the girl above! It's really hard for me because I love a beautiful graphic line!

Just having some fun. I loved watching the Little Mermaid as a child and would sometimes draw my own mermaid characters. Of course, back then my drawings were a lot more rudimentary.
