Character Design ANM_633

Here's what I've done for my character design class the first half of the semester!

For week (module) 7: Caricatures!

For week (module) 6: Drawing the head realistically

For week (module) 5: Focus on clothing

Extra Credit during module 4: Villains. A drew a cat-burgler and a snob! The characters were supposed to have a strong silhouette.

For week (module) 4: Shape Drawings. We drew random shapes and turned them into characters. I must note that I did not draw this particular shape from this angle & it was one of my least favorite shapes but it ended up turning into a character I really like.

For week (module) 3: Using reference for the pose +inspiration to make a fanciful character

For week (module) 2: Exaggeration from reference

For week (module) 1: Drawing from reference.

Norman Mod Planning

Thinking about just using Norman mods for my thesis so I don't have to spend a lot of time modeling.

Thesis Work

I passed my midpoint on the condition that I re-work my story a bit. Here's some of my latest thumbnail sketches.
